The meeting of the Constituent Assembly (CA) called for today has been deferred till 5 pm through notice on Thursday.
This is the tenth time that the CA meet was postponed by pasting the notice at the CA secretariat in New Baneshwor.
It must be noted that the 11th session of the legislature-parliament has been summoned at 4 pm on Thursday to amend the Interim Constitution in order to shorten the constitution-drafting process. nepalnews.com
