All the courts across the country have remained closed on Sunday as a symbolic protest against the murder of Supreme Court's justice Rana Bahadur Bam.

The Supreme Court of Nepal remained closed on Sunday to condole ...The SC had decided to shut down all the courts on Thursday following the broad daylight murder of justice Bam in Shankhamul Kathmandu.

SC Justice Bam had died while undergoing treatment at Norvic International Hospital in Thapathali after he was gunned down by unknown motorcycle-borne assailants. Justice Bam's friend Ram Giri and bodyguard Mahesh Giri who were critically injured in the shooting have been receiving treatment at Norvic Hospital.

Though, police have recovered a Pulsar bike believed to have been used by the assailants, the murderers are still at large. Nepalnews.com
