Rastriya Janashakti Party (RJP) chairman and former Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa has been admitted to Norvic Hospital, Thapathali, after a heart attack Saturday morning.

RJP chairman Surya Bahadur ThapaThapa was rushed to hospital after he passed out while speaking at a joint meeting of RJP and Rastriya Prajatantra Party to discuss the possible unification between the two parties. Doctors at Norvic said Thapa is on pacemaker and is out of danger.
