The CPN-UML has expelled indigenous leader Angkaji Sherpa from the party.
The UML expelled Sherpa, who was the vice secretary of Solukhumbu district committee of the UML, for making public remarks against the party policy.
Sherpa, who is also the general secretary of Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) was one of the speakers in the mass meeting organised by the UCPN (Maoist) at Khula Manch in Kathmandu on Friday. nepalnews.com
