Visiting Vice-president of the World Bank (WB), Axeavon Trotsenberg, called on Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai on Tuesday.

During the meeting held at the Prime Minister's Office, Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Bhattarai expressed happiness over WB's continued support in different sectors of the country and said that the economic situation of the country was "very good".

PM Bhattarai also urged the World Bank to increase its support to Nepal, especially in the country's priority sectors such as energy, tourism, agriculture and infrastructure developments.
