UCPN (Maoist) cadres returning from Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu...The central plenum of the UCPN (Maoist) that was to begin in the capital Monday afternoon after has been postponed until Tuesday following death of three plenum representatives in separate road accidents.

The cadres were among 12 people killed in separate accidents. Three persons died in a bus-truck collision in Sunaul of Nawalparasi and nine were killed when a bus plunged into Trishuli at Krishnabhir, Dhading this morning.

Party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal will inaugurate the plenum at Bhrikuti Mandap at 1 pm tomorrow, according to UCPN (M) spokesperson Dina Nath Sharma.

Some 5500 state committee-level cadres are participating in the five-day central plenum that will adopt party's policies and strategies. nepalnews.com
