A senior Indian leader Yaswant Sinha has arrived in Kathmandu on Monday.
The leader of main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Sinha arrived in the capital on a personal visit, it is learnt.
Soon after arrival, Sinha, who is also former finance minister of India, immediately headed for Pashupatinath Temple, the temple of lord Shiva famous among Indian tourists visiting the country.
Sinha is scheduled to hold high-level political parleys during his stay in Nepal, it is learnt. nepalnews.com
