President Dr Ram Baran Yadav (File photo)Presidents of various district working committees of Nepali Congress met with President Dr Ram Baran Yadav Friday morning requesting him to take initiation to end the current political impasse of the country.

In the meeting held at President's office at Shital Niwas in Kathmandu, the NC district heads urged the President to consult political parties regarding political and constitutional crisis facing the country and take the appropriate decision.

They also informed President Yadav about the decisions made by the national gathering of the NC district presidents recently held in Bahrabise of Sindhupalchowk.

In response, President Yadav told that the major political parties were responsible for the political deadlock of the country. He also told them that he would follow interim constitution while taking any decision, according to NC Nuwakot president Jagadishwor Narsingh KC. nepalnews.com
