Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai is addressing the nation at 3 pm today on the completion of one year of his premiership.
In his address, PM Bhattarai will highlight the achievements of his government during the last 12 months apart from explaining the reasons behind the failure to meet the expectations of the ordinary people.
