The Nepal-India secretary level water resources talks began in Pokhara from Friday.
The two sides will discuss issues related to hydropower development, flood control, inter-country transmission lines and the Pancheswor multi-purpose project. The meeting will also assess the implementation of agreements reached in the previous secretary-level meetings.
Additionally, the meeting will dwell on the controversy over the construction of dams by India in bordering areas.
