Royal Nepal Golf Club (RNGC) pro Rabi Khadka clinched the title of the Ghanashyam Open Golf Tournament, the third event of the Surya Nepal Golf Tour 2012/13 played here at the Tribhuwan Army Officers Golf Club on Thursday.

Khadka carded two-under 70 on the final day for a total of five-under 283 win the title while Umesh Nagarkoti carded two-under 70 for the total of one-under 287.

With the win, Khadka bagged Rs. 55,000 while Nagarkoti received Rs 37,000.

Similarly, Deepak Thapa Magar finished third scoring one-over 289 after palying two-over 74 and received Rs 27,000 wile Nepal No 1 Shiva Ram Shrestha played one-under 71 to score four-over 292 to finish fourth and bagged Rs. 22,000.

Chief of the Army Staff (CoAS) Chhatra Man Singh Gurung, Lt Gen Gaurav SJB Rana Nepal PGA Advisor and sponsor of the tournament Ghana Shyam Thapa distributed the prizes to the winners. Nepalnews.com
