Nepal U-19 team's Subash Khakurel scored 150 runs in the sixth closed camp practice match for the ACC U-19 Asia Cup organised by Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) at Kirtipur TU Ground on Wednesday.

In a match against Nepal Senior team, Kakurel scored 150 runs off 142 balls while Pradeep Airee scored 71 runs, Hasim Ansari 43 runs and captain Prithu Baskota 17 runs to total 334 runs in 50 overs losing five wickets.

Raju Basnet took two wickets while Chandra Sawad, Amrit Bhattarai and Sunam Gautam took one wicket each for Nepal Senior team.

While chasing the target of 335 runs, Seniors were restricted just to 236 runs in 43.4 overs. Sharad Vesawkar scored highest of 84 runs, Binod Das 51 runs, Paresh Lohani 36 runs and Shiva Kumar Tandukar 18 runs.

Nischal Pandey grabbed three wickets while Gopal Kumar Singh and Saurabh Khanal took two wickets each. nepalnews.com
