The National Sports Council (NSC) has decided to construct six covered halls at Satdobato Shooting Range.
The board meeting of the NSC on Sunday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai took such decision along with commitment to produce some 3,000 sports trainers by next fiscal year.
Similarly, the board also urged the government to provide Rs. 5,000 monthly allowance to former Asian Games medalists and Olympians of over 60 years.
Likewise, the meeting also decided to recommend the dissolution of parallel Nepal Olympic Committees (NOC).
The meeting also decided to urge the government to provide the land in Khumaltar to build an international level stadium and a mini-stadium at Mulpani or Hattigauda. nepalnews.com
