Nepal has plunged seven positions down to 162 in FIFA World Ranking for the month of August.
According to FIFA World Ranking published on Wednesday, Maldives has topped the chart among South Asian countries, standing at 162nd position with 126 points while Nepal is in the second position with 125 points.
Similarly, Afghanistan is in 164th position, India168th position, Bangladesh 169th, Pakistan 176th, Sri Lanka 179th and Bhutan in 206th position.
Bangladesh had topped the chart in 151st position with 160 points last month while Nepal stood at second spot with 149 points. nepalnews.com
