Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has cut the load-shedding by half effective from September 25.
NEA said the load-shedding has been brought down to 5 hrs a week from 10 hrs in view of the major festivals - Dashain and Tihar.
Meanwhile, Nepal Telecom has slashed the charge of SMS by 50 percent starting Sept 24. Now per SMS will charge will cost 75 paisa. nepalnews.com
