NRN North America prepares for knowledge transfer seminar

Non Resident Nepalese Association of North America (USA and Canada) is preparing for a pre-convention seminar of Technology and Professional Knowledge Transfer ahead of the NRN Global Convention in Kathmandu.

The seminar scheduled in collaboration with Institute of Engineering (IOE) under Tribhuwan University will be held on October 12 between 1:30 and 4:30 PM at IOE.

Presenters for the seminar include Dr. Ambika P. Adhikari, Ratan Jha, Prabuddha Dahal, Dr. Drona Rasaily, Suman R. Timsina, Dr. Pramod Dhakal, Nabraj Gurung and Dr. Bhagwan Das Koirala.

According to a statement issued by NRN North America, the programme also expects to attract many professional organisations from Nepal including America Nepal Medical Foundation, Computer Association of Nepal-USA, NRN National Coordination Council of USA and Canada and the American Society of Nepalese Engineers among others.

”The purpose of the workshop is to reach out professional organisations in Nepal and establish stronger network to contribute in Nepal’s development through technology and knowledge transfer,” the statement reads. nepalnews.com
