The Kathmandu-Lumbini bicycle rally was flagged off in Kathmandu Friday morning.
The rally being organised by the World Cyclists Foundation will end on May 6. It aims to promote domestic and international tourism, highlighting Lumbini, the birth place of Lord Gautam Buddha.
Some 150 Nepalis and around 15 foreign cyclists are participating in the rally led by world cyclist Puskar Shah. The rally will cover an stretch of around 300 km. nepalnews.com
