Nepali Public Relations Committee Germany (NPRCG) provided Rs. 100,000 to one of the largest charitable network of Nepalis, HELP NEPAL Network: One Dollar a Month Fund for Nepal.

The president of NPRCG Sharan K.C handed over the cash to president of HNN Arun Singh Basnet amidst a function in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

“The funds were raised by NPRCG and Nepali Student Society, Munich to assist HNN's campaign to support the Chepang community, one of the most under-privileged communities in Chitwan district. HNN has so far raised Rs. 1,05,1000 for the Chepangs.” according to the press statement issued by the NPRCG.

Earlier, NPRCG had also donated Rs. 1,00,000 for cold wave victims of the Terai region through HNN.

Help Nepal Network is a non-profit organisation encouraging Nepalis living abroad to provide assistance in the fields of health and education in Nepal. nepalnews.com
