Maoists have accepted the Chinese invitation. There could be their own political interest behind the visits. But it will be too early to reach any conclusion now. We need to watch the unfolding political scenario here.

The China visits of the Maoist leaders are just showoff. Maoists want keep India to size by siding with China. These visits may serve some political interests of the Maoist party.Â

There are of course political interests behind the visits to the north. We have to judge these visits in the light of the recent audio tape scandal involving Maoist leader Krishna Bahadur Mahara and shoe-hurling at the Indian ambassador. Maoist wants to consolidate their relation with China while they are at odd with India.

I don't know much about politics. Regarding the flurry visits to China it appears the Maoists want Chinese support to establish Maoist led government in Nepal.

There are of course political interests attached to these visits. There could be a political conspiracy against India and Nepali political parties as well. It is clear that the Maoists want to gain power with Chinese support.

Being an ordinary citizen I can't analyse the intricacies of an issue like this. Our leaders keep on visiting India and China. They much have political interests to take care of.
