I think federalism is not necessary in Nepal. Leaders are only wasting their time debating it. What we need now is a workable constitution.

In federalism system people from all castes and ethnic communities should have equal access. Otherwise, federalism will only invite trouble. If the leaders do not act seriously on time, haphazardly decided federalism system might ruin communal harmony.

The federal model to be adopted in the new constitution should be acceptable to all. It should not leave any room for vioiiiilence. Parties have not sufficiently informed the general public how federalism works and how it is good for them.
