The Far-West Industrial Trade Fair will be held in Mahendranagar with an aim to promote industrial and economic development of the Far-Western Development Region from January 10 to 19, 2014.
The nine-day industrial fair will feature 150 stalls of various products from the different districts in Far-West, according to the organisers. The fair is being organised in support of the Ministries of Agriculture Development, Commerce and Supplies, Bhimduttanagar Municipality and the private sector.
The main attraction of the fair will be the products identified Nepal Trade Strategy for export promotion, industrial equipments, information technology, and products produced by small and cottage industries, RSS quoted fair manager Lok Bikram Thapa.
The trade fair will also feature the stalls of various food items and tourism related stalls from Far-West. The organisers expect over 150,000 visitors and transaction of over Rs 120 million during the fair.
