Terra Motors’s electric scooter launched in Nepal

Fair Auto Pvt. Ltd has officially launched electric scooter ‘Seed 60 Alfa’ for the first time in Nepal amid a function in the capital on Thursday. The scooter is manufactured by Terra Motors Corporation in Japan.

The newly launched scooter can drive about 45km once it is fully charged, said the company adding it takes about five to six hours to be fully charged.

“We can charge the scooter even in a simple plug like our cell phone. It costs even less than ten rupees for full charge, which is about nine times less than the other petroleum vehicles.”

It has the maximum speed of 55/km and its market price is Rs 160,000, informed the company.

Similarly, Fair Auto is planning to launch Terra Motors's two outstanding products - the luxurious superbike called Kiwami and e-tricycle (Tuk Tuk).

The superbike Kiwami has already been launched in India, Vietnam, Philippine, and other English speaking countries, according to the company.
