Purbanchal trade fair sees transaction of Rs 20 million

The second Purbanchal (eastern regional) industrial, trade, agro and tourism fair concluded on Sunday, witnessing transactions worth Rs 23 million.

The 10-day event was jointly organised by Ministry of Commerce and Supplies, Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Mechi Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

According to the fair organising committee coordinator Chet Raj Bista, the fair had showcased 150 stalls related to agro products, handicrafts, electronic items, footwear, garment, medical service, construction materials, automobiles, furniture, noodles, motorcycles, tractors and cooperative and banking services.
