Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Surya Bahadur Thapa, has undergone surgery of his head Sunday.
Thapa underwent surgery related to nerve (head blood clot) at Neuro Hospital, Bansbari, Kathmandu, said the RSS. Thapa was admitted to the hospital on Saturday after suffering neurological problems.
A team led by Dr. Upendra Devkota, was involved in treatment of former Prime Minister, Thapa. Co-spokesperson of the party, Kiran Giri, said that Thapa is now conscious and his health condition is normal.
Thapa will stay three more days at the hospital and would be discharged on the basis of his health condition, added the RSS. nepalnews.com
