Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Saikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi arrived Friday night on a four-day private visit to Nepal.
Crown Prince Al Sharqi arrived on a private jet and was welcomed at the Tribhuvan International Airport by Deputy Chief of Protocol Hem Lal Bhattarai.
Al Sharqi is the Crown Prince of the Fyjairah state of the UAE. Senior-most member of the Royal Family rule in all the five states of the country.
According to the Nepali Embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), 150,000 Nepali migrant workers are currently working in the country. UAE has now emerged as one of the major destination for overseas jobs for Nepali migrant workers.
Diplomatic relations between Nepal and UAE was established in December, 1977. RSS
