Interim Election Council (IEC) Chairperson, Khil Raj Regmi has said that the formation of a new government and the constitution drafting process will take a pace very soon after the new CA session starts its regular work.
Inaugurating the 4th assembly of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) and an art exhibition in Kathmandu Friday, Regmi said the election was concluded with maximum people's participation in a free, fair and peaceful manner.
Economic and social development activities will start now with the start of the CA, and the days ahead are exciting for all sectors, Regmi said, as quoted by the RSS.
Regmi further laid emphasis on developing fine arts in the country and promoting them in the international arena.
The assembly was chaired by Chancellor of the Academy, Kiran Manandhar. Some three dozen paintings are at display in the art exhibition that will last for two weeks, according to NAFA academician Shanta Kumar Rai.
