CPN-UML parliamentary party leader, KP Oli has returned to Kathmandu Wednesday after one and a half month long medical treatment in New Delhi. He said his health condition is now perfect.
“I have seen, a number of times, my last-looking moments in life. But I have recovered every time. It was the same case this time around, too,” Oli said at Tribhuvan International Airport today.
“I have regained my health. Now I will dedicate my life to the welfare of people,” Oli said, adding that his political activities will now increase in the country.
“Our parliamentary party will also be active now,” he said.
Oli, a kidney transplant patient, flew to New Delhi following the complaints of fungal growth and swelling in his arms.
Oli is the major contender for the post of UML’s party chief along with incumbent chairperson Jhalanath Khanal and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal during the party's upcoming general convention.
