Nepali defeated Indian Railways by five runs in its fifth practice match held at Roshanara Club Ground in New Delhi Saturday. It earlier defeated Railways by three runs Sunday.
In the first batting, Nepal posted a target of 138 runs losing nine wickets in the allotted 20 overs as Binod Bhandari scored the highest 42 runs while Gyanendra Malla contributed 31 runs.
In return, Indian Railways could score only 132 runs losing seven wickets. Shakti Gauchan and Amrit Bhattarai grabbed two wickets each while Jitendra Mukhiya and Paras Khadka took a wicket each.
Meanwhile, Karan Thakur and Hitesh Kadam claimed three wickets each for Railways. Hemant Singh scored 82 runs for the team.
