IME joins hands with Kyodai Japan for remittance

International Money Express (IME), the first private money transfer company to bring remittance to Nepal has inked an agreement on Tuesday with Kyodai Japan Ltd. for transfer of remittance from Japan.

The main aim of the agreement is to facilitate Nepali migrants in Japan with easy money transfer facility and with affordable, reliable and convenient and quick remittance service.

Nepali remitters can send their money through Kyodai Japan Ltd. counters located in Tokyo, Gumba, Nagoya and Akohamama.

The Nepali migrants can also deposit their money in Japan’s commercial banks and use post office ATM counters to transfer money to IME counters in Nepal.

The money remitted from Japan can be easily cashed from over 800 IME counters across the country. IME also has the facility of immediate deposit of money to the remitter’s bank account in Nepal.

Meanwhile, issuing a press statement on Wednesday, IME stated Suman Pokharel has been appointed the General Manager. Prior to his appointment with IME, Pokharel spent four years with Global Bank Ltd where he headed the Remittance Department. nepalnews.com
