"Failure to reach an understanding will not only lead to the collapse of the government it will also invite constitutional crisis," Dahal, who arrived in Palpa on his way to Rolpa, further said.
Saying the budget of the government will not be passed as his party will not end the obstruction in the parliament unless the demands are met, Dahal claimed that the no confidence motion would be passed easily, thereby bringing down the 22-party government.
He also claimed that his nine-month long premiership embodied civilian supremacy whereas Madhav Kumar Nepal came to power at the cost of it.
The Maoist chairman also blasted at NC and UML for not allowing a parliamentary debate on the Maoist 'commitment proposal' on the President's move. Parties that are against parliamentary debate on the President's move do not have moral authority to talk about democracy, he said.
Dahal also accused the two ruling parties of instigating splits in other parties and buying parliamentarians as a return for their support to the government. nepalnews.com
