Amidst deepening political crisis, Unified CPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal suddenly flew to Singapore Monday afternoon.

Party's foreign relation department chief Krishna Bahadur Mahara is accompanying Dahal in this Singapore visit.
The UCPN (Maoist) has said that Dahal is going to Singapore on a 'personal visit' and is scheduled to meet party sympathizers including Nepali Congress president Girija Prasad Koirala during his three days stay there.
Dahal's personal aide Samir Dahal told media persons that there would be some political discussion as well during the Maoist chief's meeting with Koirala.
Koirala is in Singapore since Saturday undergoing medical treatment at Gleneagles Hospital and Medical Center.
He was flown to Singapore on an air-ambulance manned with two doctors and equipped with emergency medical facilities after developing various health complications including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Pneumonia last week.
He underwent various tests including MRI at the hospital located at Napier road on Saturday, reports quoted Koirala's personal physician Dr Man Bahadur K.C as saying.
Doctors attending Koirala at the hospital say that the octogenarian leader's health is stable and that the results of the tests conducted on him will determine the future course of treatment.
Meanwhile, former Crown Prince Paras Shah has also flown to Singapore today afternoon on a Silk Air flight. nepalnews.com
