All political leader have no knowledge except transferring to beuracrats, so it
is good ideas to transfer civil servants and personnels from their position to
other places.

Its a first job of every unsucessful government in Nepal to transfer civil
servants. No government can do any good work in our country, however they tried
to show they are doing something.
Its really ridiculus.
