Dahal hopeful of ending deadlock shortly

Unified CPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal expressed his optimism that prevailing political deadlock might end in the near future, following his telephonic conversation with Nepali Congress president Girija Prasad Koirala and CPN (UML) general secretary Ishor Pokhrel.

Talking to media persons in Butwal Friday morning, on his way to Kathmandu from his Rolpa tour, Dahal however put condition that parties must be ready for constitution amendment to culminate the crisis. He also mentioned that a statement from the president on the issue would carve another alternative to the crisis.

Dahal claimed many leaders and cadres of the CPN (UML) are of the opinion that step taken by the president to reinstate army chief sacked by the then Maoist-led government is unconstitutional.

Dahal further said his party is ready to discuss all alternatives from other parties to end the deadlock, and warned of untoward accidents if the continued deadlock affected the peace process and writing constitution. nepalnews.com

This was the dirty game taught by the Congress during the Moaist Government and
now the Maoist are doing the samething. These dirty mongle politicians are just
interested for their party politics and grabbing power always in a unfair way.
These stupids have no brain to realise how much people hate them for their thugy

Can u pls answer two simple ques:

1. How come over
night, u feel deadlock will solved shortly when u are talking of another revolt
after Tihar? Good to know that the magnitude of your thought and execution is
this fast.

2. If president's stand on NA chief was unconsutional, why the
hell don't u tell SC to take a fast track decision on this like the one taken
for VP? Or u want to have this excuse for your every ploy u do.

, any body knows that if there had been independent judiciary,the consutional
mischieves made by cross access jurisdiction,from president,reversing pms
recommendation to reinstate ousted army chief,would had been long,reversed and
president would had to face parliamentary cheques state head vacancy for
miscarriage.instead it was appriciated on the ground that no political intries
to the court gate and other generals retirement actions reversed too.this anti
republic,antifederalistic anti democratic move was thought to be to the
democratic norms.what judicial norm wuold had been there?while sacking me with
35 years judicial service freezing pension for nothing the court did the same
drama of selfish and revengeful self centered appeasment.except ammendment of
consution what remains left?to aske excuse.
