The Unified CPN (Maoist), which has been agitating against the President's move to block the erstwhile government's decision to dismiss former army chief Rookmangud Katawal, has decided to strive for a consensus to end the current political deadlock till the last moment.

At the meeting held today at its headquarters in Koteshwar Tuesday morning , the party's standing committee decided to adopt utmost flexibility for consensus among the three parties, Maoists, Nepali Congress and UML on ending the impasse'.

Earlier, the Maoist leaders had been saying they would resort to vigorous agitation if a consensus was not found till after Tihar.

Meanwhile, UCPN (Maoist) is hosting a tea reception on the occasion of Tihar, beginning of the Nepal Sambat 1130 and Chhath festival at Bhrikuti Mandap, from 2 pm to 4 pm, today.

The Maoists, who had been boycotting programmes attended by the Prime Minister and ministers, showing black flags and pelting stones at them, has invited them at the tea reception today. nepalnews.com

BE AWARE all Major and Minor Terror Organize ,if you don't allow to work

their own party as MILITARY or other to stabilize and to sleep well in night. So

" Jati Sumsumyayo uti thado" -the Nepali old proverb seems to be
applicable in the case of Maoist. Almost all the ways has gone all the political
parties to bring the Maoist in term and come in consensus by leaving the
unpracticable /expired agenda "Unconsutional...move ". In return, all
the time they threaten and put very furious agenda. Practically, doing nothing.
This time also, they have come down from their propoganda to bring strong
revolution after tihar. It sounds like Meau of cat instead of Gurr..of Tiger.
they are paper tiger.

Nepal after all has no future without the consensus of the political parties.
There is no need for the political parties to see other countries of the world.
They just need to let things roll by. That way, Nepal will have a good future.
All the tribal diversities of Nepal should be re-established. The tribal
diversities of Nepal can have no future under a president. It has to be a
Monarchy. Without a monarch, the tribal diversities of the world will have no
future. The country is a country of God. There will be no human hegemony in
Nepal. There has always been public hegemony, maintained by compion, respect and
trust for each other.

basanta  - late realization !!   |113.199.128.xxx |2009-10-20 13:27:12
it is a late realization of the truth by the extremists political forces of
Nepal.

it is a good start. But still it may take long time to Comrade
Prachabdas to streamline the extremist forces within his party.

Prachanda
and baduram should be more courageous to convience the importance of democratic
norms to their rigid workers. yes it is difficult for them to make understand
about the democratic practices . It is also difficult to them to convience about
what they were trained and what the reality is in practice.Because the easy
dreams are not fulfilled in real life that the maoists distributed among the
people and their cadres.

Nepalese people are eager to see the situation of
democratization of maoists cadres and leaders. We Nepalese people wish satbuddhi
to all maists in this regards!!

I don't know what the maoist are trying to show. The maoist by the nature are
revelry group. They just try to show their power. It is due to the maoist that
our country has not restored the peace yet. And I believe, it will never till
the moist remains in our country,
