Speaking to journalists in Pokhara on Saturday, Nemwang said the nation will face the economic crisis if the budget is not passed from the House at the earliest possible.

The House has not been able to pass the budget due to continued obstruction by the opposition Unified CPN (Maoist) since last two-and-half months.

He urged the parties to avoid any economic disaster and seek no other alternatives of the parliament to endorse the budget.

Stating that relations among the political forces are continuously deteriorating, Nemwang warned that such trend would delay the constitution writing process. nepalnews.com

Mr Nemwang you are good for nothing. You are not doing your job and only drawing
salary. Shame on you. You cant escape by saying come to concensus. It is your
prime responsibity to find out way to continue the parliament. That is the place
where people representative can discuss issues and peoples supremacy is held. We
feel that you should either resign or do your job to conduct the parliament.
