Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal on Monday held a meeting with Constituent Assembly chairman Subas Nemwang and discussed the latest political scenario of the country including the parliament deadlock that is contributing to the current impasse.

The CA chair went to the Prime Minister's official residence at Baluwatar at 9 am and drew the latter's attention to the obstruction of the parliament and how it is affecting the Constitution-drafting process, among other pertinent issues.

Talking to media persons after the meeting, Nemwang said he met the Prime Minister to brief him about the discussion he held with senior Maoist leaders including Barsha Man Pun 'Ananta' on Sunday to find a way out of the parliament deadlock including initiatives taken by other parties for the same.

The CA chair said that the Maoists were positive about giving a passage to the budget bill during yesterday's meeting, but were annoyed with the government for not wanting to end the current impasse by forging consensus.

Nemwang said he conveyed this Maoist concern to the prime minister who in response assured that he would take initiatives to find a way out of the parliament deadlock by communicating with the Maoists and other major parties.

I am now hopeful that a way out of the parliament deadlock can be found through talks, Nembang told the waiting media-persons.

PM Nepal is recuperating at his official residence after suddenly contracting viral fever last week. He cancelled his scheduled visit to Italy to attend a summit on food security organised by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) last week and couldn't also attend the meeting of the Special Committee for overseeing the integration and management of Maoist combatants on Sunday due to his ill-health. Ma Ku Ne, you must resign immediately. Don't be in PM chair too much but hand
over to someone either any of the criminal. you should remain in opposition and
it is your turn to impose blockade. Tell CPN Maoist after you resign, you won't
let Maoist to work insted you will carry out blockade and strike against rulling
whoever will be in the government.

Prime Minsiter must decide whether to get political consencus then to end the
house deadlock or resign.

It looks very sad that to hold position and do
nothing but put the country in chaos.

Foreigners are trying to take Nepal or
see this consequences. PM has to do just like Moaist. If you can't solve this
problem simply resign.

objectionable by maoists.so its turn of cpnuml turn to come forward.government
leadership change may not be possible if wisly problems are raised and discussed
freely among all key parties.its my personal view.
