Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) general secretary Dhruva Bahadur Pradhan has claimed three pro-monarchy parties, the Pashupati Shumsher Rana-led RPP, Surya Bahadur Thapa-led Rastriya Janashakti Party (RJP) and Kamal Thapa-led RPP Nepal will unite soon.

Speaking to journalists in Palpa on Monday, Pradhan said, although some issues including heirarcy and some ideological issues are yet to be sorted out, the unification will be announced soon.

Pradhan also informed the chairperson of the to be unified party had not been fixed yet. All (leaders of the three pro-monarchy parties) are claiming for the chair’s position, we will agree on one name soon, he said.

Pradhan had gone to Palpa to train his party cadres.

RPP, RJP and RPP Nepal all are breakaway factions of the erstwhile RPP, a party formed by the Panchayati rulers after 1990’s people’s movement. nepalnews.com

Possibly the new beginning will dawn in the RPP; if they truly unite and solve
the leadership hierarchy, at least I believe the ideological issues are not the
big matter. On the other side this particular unification will severely affect
the Maoist version of industrial socialism. Since, RPP is exercising pro
capitalist movements, a looming threat is ahead for Maoist because of the
strength they carry. RPP, no longer is like its past since Pashupati Shamser
J.B.R.took the leadership. Now RPP have few tasks ahead:1 vigorously supporting
the making of consution 2 warming up for next election ahead 3 maintaining more
robust and uring relationship with its citizen and 4 focusing more on dynamism
of the fast politics of Nepal.
There is no doubt,RPP consists of more political
heavy weights and can lead
the nation with an even stronger reason
to
believe in.

Thank God finally the cream of the political parties are resurfacing. I wonder
what took them so long to come to surface. It yields a huge sigh of relief to
see those party becoming active. Restore the monarchy and ensure the crimes of
the maoists do not go unpunished.
Monarchy!!!!...   |90.220.233.xxx |2009-11-17 17:29:44
May God bless the three pro-Monarchy parties. Long live our King and Queens and
Long live the three parties! Make Nepal more eternal than eternity itself by
restoring Monarchy. Communism should not prevail in nepal. Communism s.Make
nepal more everlasting than the Sun, Moon and Dhruba Tara. Existence of Monarchy
in Nepal means the "Dhruba Satya" is still intact, God is still alive in
nepal.

This is a fantastic news that the three pro-monarchy parties are uniting. This
is something no other parties are prepared to do. The tendencies of the three
parties towards unification reflect "Altruism" - doing something not to
make people sing songs about their deeds but doing things simply because they
need to be done. I also believe A king presiding over Political parties is a lot
better than having no one preside over them. At least somebody will be there to
dispense justice to the wrongdoings of the bloody Maoists. The political parties
trying to reach consensus whether through armed conflict or through violent
protest that strangle the nation is pointless. Instead of trying to reach a
consensus that really does not exist, they should all support the reinstatement
of Monarchy in Nepal. Because, king is the consensus. I fully support the three
Pro-Monarchy parties. Their unity will forge way to consensus (The King)....

Apprecible idea at present contest
Jhupal lal Shrestha  - Not a bad thing   |118.94.22.xxx |2009-11-17 09:59:11
Hi man

It is good to unite. There should not be more party in Nepal. People
are fighting for chair.

At present contest , I think Mr Kamal Thapa had
proved a intelligent, sincere and competent patriot in all aspects of political
issues,

Some person criticise him tking his past charector, but it might be
exagerrated.

I request every one to study his statement for the goodness of
nation and Nepali. It is the need of the country to have a strong party like RPP
Nepal. Pashupati and SB Thapa are also the puppet but these people have more
personality and political weitage than Pushpakamal and GP, Mkune
Any way no bad
idea to unite. if possible all communist also can unite for nation.

It is a nice move finally against the SPAM (seven party alliance + Maoists). It
is never too late to fight off the demons and terrorists and criminals like
Girija Prasad, Madhav Nepal, Pushpa Dahal, Baburavan, etc.
Girija is the biggest
terrorist everyone knows that. He has looted, stolen, hijacked airplanes and
printed fake currencies. There would a case against him in the International
Criminal Court soon. He needs to be punished before he dies.

Everything does not remain constant. It chnages with change of time. The time
and the political season looks now changing. So its' better time to get united
and work together for the betterment of the country and the people. When united,
don't play the foul games again. This will really give the good result. The news,
and some creatures are still name your party, the monarchy supporters. Why
people forget that the Monarchy is abolished by themselves and is not at
all. Those party who were supportive to Monarchy also have changed their aspect
with changes of time and season & why do they pronounce it. Are they still
scared of iot?

I am happy to note that the three parties have agreed to unite and work
together. But the question here is who is going to lead, this is the only point
where they may not reach consensus but I strongly feel that the younger
generation should lead, and they should now work together at the interest of the
country and the people, but not the party. It is now high time to come together as
the other political parties are very strong and therefore they also have to be
strong to compete them.
