Constitutional Council meeting put off again

The meeting of the Constitutional Council (CC) has been deferred for the third time in a row. The CC meeting called for Sunday has been postponed till Monday without mentioning a reason.

The CC was expected to finalise the name of Justice Anup Raj Sharma as the new Chief Justice. Incumbent CJ Min Bahadur Rayamajhi will retire on December 12.

Earlier, the CC meetings called for November 16 and 23 had also been postponed due to Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s Singapore visit and busy schedule of the Prime Minister respectively.

The CC was also expected to take important decisions on appointments in various constitutional bodies. The positions of chiefs and members of constitutional bodies including Election Commission and Public Service Commission have been lying vacant since a long time due to irregular meetings of the CC. nepalnews.com

hi law minister pbsinghji dont u like listen my complaints against lawministry
hat it hasnot cleared my pesion drawing rigt exists or not tell cc of my sack
2058 6 22 dated letter of sack .me protested petetion many times but no hearing
no decision.how ibeleive u as law minister while yr staff are crushing my rights
of pension.why u call cc meeting to rain over ocean but does not quench thrustof
individual right are u really minister? i am a sffer of 35 yrs service sack no
pension no prosecution no justice as a law minister u have right to make my
complaints up would u like it ?

every body knows who is appointed for what.peoples son and daughter unemployed
will never get employed.but these retyred big pensioners .corrupted lawyers
bankers mony lenders government financers will be appointed to the higher posts
.quota system or big cheque presenter by thief wayers related blood relation to
the appointing councilers will be declared and ca committee will appriciate to
some persentage pay ground file forwarders.these appointeers and appointees has
either relative close or give and take relation under table or beneath table are
sure to be appointed.its a states authority to favourr selfers.a guaranteers

this consutional council is another load on the weak head of nations cosolidated
fund to feed the enefficient appointees to be deployed already packed
position.they are no more importent then to be a heavy burden on peoples head
non of the either councils any member has done singal work for the benifit of
the people.they are alwayase acting on the interest of their mastes.judjes are
already prejudiced .corruption councils functions has never never benifited
people .it has opened high way for higher corruption.while judjes are to
legalise the illigality to benifit their bosses and parties which nominated the
pay and allowance eater.as every thing is preset who to appoint to which posts
before 6months to concernds,this corruption crumbled state has no authority to
listen where to sue for a pension withheld by corrupted judges decision.my right
is subdued under their authoritarian dictatorship.for me this country has no
court ...
