Greatly troubled by the deepening political crisis that is threatening the longevity of his government, Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal seems to have turned into a nature lover.

After his government's recent decision to hold a cabinet meeting in the foothills of the Mt. Everest to raise awareness towards the effect of climate change in the fragile ecosystem of the Himalayas, Prime Minister Nepal now wants to see a new zoo built in Kathmandu valley soon.

During a visit to the office of National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC) and the Central Zoo at Jawalakhel, Lalitpur on Monday, PM Nepal reportedly directed the NTNC officials to quicken construction work for a new zoo in Suryabinayak of Bhaktapur.

The Central Zoo in Kathmandu is the only zoo in Nepal. The government has plans to shift the Central Zoo from the congested Jawlakhel area to a much spacey location in Suryabinayak following the completion of the construction work there.

Experts have been calling for a bigger area to house the animals of Central Zoo since long. nepalnews.com

It's a very good idea. However, each party should should be locked into
different cages. Girija should be given a separate cage to live with Sujata so
she can take good care of her father.

yes , shifting zoo is a good idea but i think it wouldnt be good in
suryabinayak, because there is a speed highway linked with it, and it will be a
major problem.

Mr.Prime Minister:

Your realization of a new zoo is much needed for the
country because you can't keep all those corrupt polticians in the same zoo in
Jawalakhel including yourself where loyal and honest animals live. So, there
must be a separate zoo for those corrupt leaders. The zoo must be named
"Corrupt Politician Zoo."

Good news to hear that the PM is turned to be an animal lover. The authorities
should also think on giving him a special place in the zoo. He is a kind of rare
mammal.

I would kindly like to request the prime minister to enroll himself and rest of
the political parties in the same zoo inaugurated by him. At least the people of
Nepal would have some new interesting species to have a look at. These parties
have sunk the nation. rather than coming to he consensus, they are worried about
themselves and their egos. do something media. "Hit them hard". it's all
on you. people of nepal are blindly following these idiots. They are supporting
them for bandhs. open the public's eyes.

Prrime Minster, this time, has give right direction to the concerned to
construct a new zoo quickly. The new zoo is meant for the political
animals. These political animals therse days are walking in the street scaring
the lif of the people. They don't want to stay in the den.So it is better for
them to keep into the cage in newly constructed Zoo. Lot of people from outside
and within will come to see these brute animals paying high costs.

It is time that they let out all the animals and put all the useless politicians
in the cages instead. In the monkey cage Girija, in the snake cage Madhav and in
the crocodile enclosure, Prachanda.

Chitwan nation Park is very suitable venue to keep pretty much all the present
