PM apprises Prez of Maoist demands

Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal called on President Dr Ram Baran Yadav Friday afternoon and apprised the latter of the Maoist demands about the ongoing obstruction in the legislature parliament.

The Unified CPN (Maoist) is obstructing the proceedings of the legislature parliament protesting against the President’s move to block the erstwhile Maoist-led government’s decision to sack the army chief.

On Friday, the UCPN (Maoist) secretariat decided not to allow the President to present the policies and programmes of the government, but to allow the House only for the presentation of the Credit Bill.

PM Nepal informed the President of latest decisions of the Maoists and his efforts to create a consensus to end the ongoing stalemate.

The President suggested PM Nepal to take necessary actions to create a consensus, but only within the jurisdiction of the interim constitution.  nepalnews.com Jul 03 09

1. The first step
Maoist step to unseat the Army Chief from his position is
wrong as it was not done as per the present interim Consution. They didnot take
the consensus of the parliament before unseating the army chief. So it means the
move of the Maoist party(not government as their then partner in coalition UML
didnot support the move) was not a valid step.
2. Presidents Move illegal

When the unseating of army chief itself is invalid, the question of the
President making wrong move itself is invalid.
3. Presidents Power
It is
the consutional power provided by the present interim consution itself to the
President to take the decision. He/She can even declare emergency and run
government if there is national castrophic looms over the country.

Most of the comentators in this section are very bias and do not know the real
situation of the country. You all must understand one thing that if even now,
the nepal army will dictate the elected governments, you guys and girls will be
like in Pakistan or Iran, deprived of all the freedom you are practising even
during maoists on power.

If there are any kind of discrepancies in the budget that truely belongs to His
Majesty Baburam Bhattarai's hard work, the new budget minister must immediately
leave Nepal. His existence in nepal does not make sense at all. If the
"Dogmatic Ego" Prachanda claims that the budget is raised by him, he
must find a way to prove that everything that His Majesty King Baburam Bhattarai
did belongs to him. It was His Majesty Baburam Bhattarai's patriotism that
pushed him in that direction. Not Prachand's dogmatic communism.

His Majesty King Baburam Bhattarai's innocence remains firmly established in his
claim to hang himself to death in Tundikhel should anyone discover any kind of
discrepancies in the budget he has raised. Now, if there are any discrepancies
in the budget, the new budget minister must have true reason to justify the
discrepancies. The amount to be disclosed must conform the amount His Majesty
King Baburam Bhattarai has in mind at the time of departure from his office.

Every people already knew the fact no need to describe it who is over the
surface of the water but the main things is that we don't have to see the
previous negative action only if we go only this side our destination can be
loose so we have to think always positive and every person should obey the
(Law), rules and regulation and don't undermine for anyone.The main part is that
the political leaders have to work for the people and nation. They are the
