Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has directed the Internal Revenue Office, Revenue Research Department and Commerce Department to jointly monitor the market effectively.
The Prime Minister gave the instructions while speaking at a discussion of shoe traders at Singha Durbar on Thursday afternoon.
The Prime Minister said, "Prepare for a policy review so that there is at least a 10 percent difference in the customs rate of raw materials and finished materials or goods." Determine the primary policy that all government agencies should use indigenous products.”
Prime Minister Prachanda has also said that arrangements should be made to monitor the internal market.
