The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) High-Level Committee has given the responsibility of resolving the dispute of NRNA Japan to its patron and former president Devman Hirachan and Bhawan Bhatta.

A statement issued by the Executive Director of the Secretariat of the Association, Rajesh Rana, said that the High-Level Committee has given Hirachan and Bhatta the responsibility of resolving the dispute of NCC Japan and also gave full authority to hold elections if the dispute is not resolved by consensus.

Hirachan and Bhatt have been jointly appointed to resolve the dispute over the July 30 NCC election irregularities in Japan and to hold talks with both sides and hold elections as soon as possible if there is no agreement, the statement said. NRNA Japan made 2,250 students its members by going against the constitution, out of which, 1,700 voted, and there were complaints of extreme misuse of technology as well.

The tenth general convention and election of the NRNA, which was supposed to be held in October, has not been held yet due to representative disputes in various countries. A high-level committee headed by Shesh Ghale, former president and chief patron of the association, has been given the responsibility to resolve the dispute and hold the general convention and election. Due to disputes in the NCC including UK, USA, Australia, Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, and Japan, the General Convention could not be held.
