Patan High Court has issued an interim order not to demolish the structure built on top of the Tukucha river.
While hearing the petition filed by Bhola Bikram Thapa on behalf of President Travels and Tours Pvt Ltd, the bench of Judge Dipendra Bahadur Bam has issued an interim order not to immediately destroy the cinema hall.
As it is seen that the map has been passed according to the process and the certificate of completion has also been taken, it has given an interim order not to destroy the structure immediately and has called both parties for a discussion.
