Govt urges Nepalis in Ukraine to leave for home

On view of existing situation and latest developments in Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged Nepali people currently in the country to leave for home. The Ministry has called on the Nepali community there except those who are in dire need of staying there to return home on available commercial flights.

In a notice today, it asked the cancellation of Nepali people's visits to the country except for emergency. The Nepali Embassy in Berlin, Ukraine said that so far more than 38 Nepalis in the country have been contacted and all of them are safe.

For necessary assistances, Nepalis in the country can contact third secretary at the embassy in Berlin, Sahara Chaulagain (phone number 491709808063) or email at [email protected].

 Likewise, chargé d'affaires Sushil Ghimire can also be reached for contact at phone number 79680702815 or one can email at eonmoscow @mofa. gov.np
