Police have arrested two persons with 10 turtles from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32 Koteshwor. The arrested are Raj Deula, 25, and Rahul Deula, 20, of Kirtipur Municipality-1.
According to the Police Headquarters, the tortoise were found in a bag where they were staying, at a cafe house in Koteshwar.
Police have also recovered a motorcycle used by them along with three mobile phones. Necessary investigation is underway in this regard.
