Corona infection has detected in 24 people who returned from India. Out of the 50 confirmed infections in Sudurpaschim Province today, 24 of them have returned from India, according to the Sudurpaschim Province Health Directorate. In the last 24 hours, 689 have been tested by antigen and PCR throughout the province.
On Tuesday, 19 people who returned from Gaddachouki, three from Gauriphanta and two from Zhulaghat were infected. Similarly, 11 people have been infected in Kailali and 15 more in Kanchanpur.
Corona testing is going on at the borders of this province with India. Yogesh Prasad Bhatt, Head of Health Office, Baitadi, informed that by setting up a health desk at the border crossing, everyone entering from India is being tested for corona using the antigen method.
Out of five lakh 60 thousand 303 corona tests so far in Far West, 60 thousand 17 have been infected. So far, 633 people have died due to the infection.
