The Ministry of Home Affairs has requested the citizens not to be lured by safe labor and employment through the visit visa.

In the recent past, there have been complaints that there have been problems such as being stuck abroad on a visit visa, not being able to get a job, and having to return after being denied entry from the destination country.

It is mentioned in the notification issued by the ministry today that the situation of getting stuck in problems has increased.

In this way, the Nepalese government has no legal basis to provide insurance, compensation and relief in the event that those who have gone abroad illegally and are in trouble should be rescued and brought back home, the ministry has informed.

In the statement, it is requested that the person who goes in that way should go only after completing the process including labor approval according to the prevailing law. In addition, the local level has also been requested to arrange arrangements to facilitate the necessary legal procedures and provide consultation when the citizens of their area visit or work abroad. The Ministry has requested that those who go abroad on a visit visa should only use the visa as a tourist.
