Home Minister Lamichhane's case heard on Friday

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane's citizenship dispute case is kept under observation. The next hearing of this case is expected to be held next Friday.

As Wednesday's hearing was not completed, the next hearing has been scheduled for Friday.

Acting

On Wednesday, the writ petitioners finished their arguments in the bench of Acting Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki, Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Ishwar Khatiwada, Dr. Anand Mohan Bhattarai, and Anil Kumar Sinha.

On behalf of Lamichhane, senior advocates Sunil Pokharel and Sushil Pant along with joint Attorney General Sanjeevraj Regmi took the stand on Wednesday.

As Wednesday's hearing was not completed, the next hearing has been scheduled for Friday.

Previously, advocates on behalf of the petitioner, Raviraj Basaula, Raman Karna, Dr. Surendra Bhandari, Amrit Kharel and Niti's Dhungana were involved.
