A household survey has been started in Baitadi to ensure complete vaccination. Household survey has been started in all 10 local levels of the district. According to Yogesh Prasad Bhatta, head of the health office, a sample household survey is being conducted to get information on whether children have been vaccinated or not as per the national vaccination schedule. The survey is being conducted for 15 households in one ward in each of the three wards of all the municipalities.

He said that a household survey has been started in the district to verify the household survey as the municipalities have already conducted a household survey in each household. Children from birth to 23 months are given 12 vaccines against various diseases. Chief Bhatta said, "We are verifying whether the survey conducted by the municipality is correct or not. If any child is found missing during the survey, we will immediately take it to the nearest health facility and vaccinate it." ”

Health workers, journalists, officials of the Vaccine Coordination Committee and Red Cross workers are participating in the household survey program which will be conducted till mid-June. As Baitadi district has been declared as fully vaccinated district in 2015 AD, full vaccination has been ensured every year. If the children in the age group to be vaccinated are fully vaccinated, the municipalities will be declared fully vaccinated every year and then the district will be declared fully vaccinated after verification by the health office. The district is preparing to declare full vaccination guarantee in the first week of July this year.
