Government has announced holiday tomorrow in honor of late historian Satya Mohan Joshi who had passed away yesterday. He is the pinnacle of Nepali language, literature, and culture and had received the Madan Award three times.
Joshi who was suffering from a urine infection, and chest and heart issues also got infected with dengue of late. He was admitted to the hospital on September 23. Many came in to pay their respect and tributes at Kist Teaching Hospital where his was kept.
The director of the hospital, Dr. Bajracharya, said that although there was some improvement in his health during the first days of treatment, he did not feel any improvement in the last few days.
